GUIDE LINES FOR THE RELEASE OF LICENSES
Licenses can be classified in two different categories:
- Detail Licenses: the product is distributed with a single license.
- Quantity Licenses: for small businesses, large firms and companies, schools, etc… In this case, discounts proportional to the sale volume can be applied (see table below). For higher sale volumes, we suggest to request a detailed estimate.
Each license must be intended as single user license used by a single person who uses the software on a single computer.

PAYMENT
Performing payment is easy. We distribute our software only through download: therefore there are no additional packaging and shipping fees.
By using Direct Payment, it is possible to enjoy of a discount on the price list. In this case, only payments by Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard are accepted, through a safe online order procedure.
Alternatively, it is possible to use as payment system, the services offered by  and  .
In this case, the price paid will be in full.
By performing payment, a personalized license file is purchased which eliminates the time limit of 90 days for using the software, active for software copies which do not have a license. Software downloading can be performed freely at any moment, prior and after purchasing the license.
At the end of the order and payment process, a confirmation email will be send to the customer containing the invoice details and the purchased, customised license file. Our aim is to dispatch orders within 24 hours after receiving them.
Clients of Italian nationality must pay VAT in the foreseen percentage, in addition to the listed price. Clients of the EU can specify a valid VAT number during the order which will be indicated on the invoice and will allow to comply with the foreseen tax norms of home countries.

GUIDE LINES FOR UPDATING THE SOFTWARE
- Updates are of two types: upgrade and update. All programme’s updates are free of charge since they are meant as extensions of minor entity, modifications and corrections and as such, they involve the increase of only the right part of the version number (e.g. 1.1 > 1.2 > 1.3, etc.)
- Upgrades are on the contrary extensions of greater entity which involve the increase of the left part of the version number (e.g. 2.1 > 3.1 > 4.1, etc.) and are subject therefore to an additional payment for license holders. In general in this case, discounts equal to 30%-60% of the sale price are applied.

ENABLING OF SOFTWARE AFTER PAYMENT
After having received the notification email and relative customized license file, it will be possible to enable the product by copying the license file in the programme’s main folder.
REFUND WARRANTY

If you are not fully satisfied about the product, we invite you to contact us through various available methods: we will do our best to solve the problem that causes your dissatisfaction. If you are unsatisfied in the following 30 days after payment and we are not able to solve your problem, we will refund your payment upon receiving your written warranty proving the destruction of any license received for the software. After this period (over 30 days from payment), refund will be at the discretion of the seller INTRANEXT Consulting.
